  2. For chicken, put 10 cloves of garlic in 100 gms of curd.put chilli flakes, oregano and salt in curd. Grind it well. Then put 3 or 4 cuts in chicken fat, for the spices to seep in.. Leave it overnight.. Bbq on woodcharcoal for about an hour. Best bbq chicken ever..
