  1. Boil 1litre of milk.
  2. Mix 2 tsp of water and 2 tsp of lemon juice.
  3. Once the milk is boiled put off the flame.let it rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Now add this water lemon juice mixture to this milk, one spoon at time and stir the milk.
  5. Add lemon juice mixture till the milk start curdling with a continuous stir. Now the paneer is done.
  6. Now strain the paneer in a strainer and wash the paneer properly 2 to 3 times so that sourness of lemon juice is removed.
  7. Keep it aside. Now take the left 2liters of milk in a wok and make a rabdi type of mixture while stirring continuously on a medium flame.
  8. Now add the washed paneer to this rabdi. Add sugar and cardamom powder.
  9. Now continuously stir it till the mixture thickens and leave the edges of the wok.
  10. Now grease the plate and add this mixture of dudh and paneer to the plate.Tap it properly till it levels cleanly.
  11. Add chopped pistachio and almonds.keep aside till it cools down and cut it into any shape of your choice.
  12. Here is the mouth watering Doodh burfi in your plate.Enjoy it.
