  16. Get 250 ml Red wine
  17. Get 1 beef stock cube or tablespoon gravy granules

This dessert has to be one of my favorite desserts ever! Low Syn Sweet Chilli Beef - yummy coated strips of beef in a delicious sweet chilli sauce for your perfect Chinese Fakeaway night. Gradually stir in the milk until you have a smooth sauce. Add the cheese and stir until melted, then stir in the chorizo and season really well.

  1. In a large pot heat the olive oil and add the onion, garlic, pepper, and spices
  2. Add the chorizo and let it release it's oils into the pan
  3. Add the mince beef and brown
  4. Add chopped tomatoes red wine and stock cube/gravy granules and simmer for 30 mintues. If you don't want to add wine just use beef stock
  5. Add grated chocolate and simmer for another 30 minutes
  6. Add kidney beans and simmer for 10 minutes
  7. Enjoy…..We like to eat this with some grated cheese and either tortilla chips or tortilla bread
