  19. Take 1 (28 oz) can of Whole Peeled Tomatoes
  20. Make ready 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
  21. Take 1 can Dark Red Kidney Beans
  22. Prepare Shot Worcestershire Sauce
  23. Prepare 1-2 Cups Chicken Broth
  24. Prepare 1 Bottle your favorite beer

Add chili powder, cumin, and tomato paste to the mixture. If this isn't spicy enough for you, add cayenne pepper or hot sauce. The potatoes will absorb the extra salt.   6. Cover (with the lid slightly ajar) and cook for anywhere from 1- 4 hours. While it cooks, stir, and skim any fat from the top.
  7. Serve with green onions, shredded white cheddar, sour cream, and a lime wedge. (I used lime cilantro sour cream)
