  3. Now add chopped onion.. Let it transparent.. Add ginger and tomato chopped..Green chilli too.. Add salt.. Cook it for next two minutes.
  4. Now add chopped carrot, capsicum n bell peppers.. Let it half done..
  5. Add dry roast Oats.. Mix well.. Add water.. Black pepper.. Cook till oats done..
  6. Off gas. Sprinkle cilantro n Cucumber.. U can add any type of sauce..
