  7. Now add chopped veggies and mix well.
  8. Add peanuts and garam masala powder(optional). Mix well.
  9. Now add in the dry roasted broken wheat and mixed dal. Mix everything very well.
  10. Lastly add water and salt. Mix well. Cover the pressure cooker with a lid and pressure cook the khichdi for 2 whistles.
  11. Open the lid and add chopped coriander. Mix well.
  12. Serve this delicious, nutritious and healthy khichdi with curd.

  14. I have used arhar, moong, chana and urad dal. You can use any dal of your choice.
  15. More vegetables can be added to make this khichdi more healthy.
