In another pan, pour the ghee and then add cashews, raisins and saute until golden. - Once it is fried, remove from pan. Now add the chopped onion to the same pan and fry until golden brown.
When the biryani is ready, remove from the stove and sprinkle with fried cashews, raisins and onions. - Yummy Paneer Biryani can be served with raita and eggplant curry.
