  3. In another pan, add sugar and water stir it continuously on low flame till sugar dissolves..
  4. Boil it till u get 1 string consistency
  5. Add besan batter in it mix well
  6. Add remaining clarified butter gradually (1 tbsp at a time)
  7. When it absorbs clarified butter remove it in tray greased with oil or butter paper placed in it. Let it set for 10-15 minutes
  8. Remove it from tray. Make pieces and garnish it with dryfruits
