  3. Now heat 2+1/2 tbsp ghee in a wok.add clove, cinnamon,bay leaf,cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste and saute for a while.after that add onion, tomato puree.cook it for 3 minutes on medium flame.
  4. Now add wet masala ingredients in it.mix it and cook it for 4 minutes on medium flame.after that add sugar and roasted chickpeas powder in it.mix it and cook it for 1 minute on low flame.
  5. After that add 1+1/2 cup hot water and salt to taste.mix it very well.bring a boil and add apple gaurd in it.cover it with lid.cook it until Apple gourd become soft on low flame.your stuffed Apple gourd are ready to eat.
