  8. Keep the flame on high now and saute it well until the ghee starts leaving the sides of the pan.
  9. As soon as it becomes like a solid mass, stir in the mawa and mix well.
  10. Allow it to cool down a bit.
  11. Grease your palms and start making laddus out of it.
  12. At first the laddus will be softer but they will become firm after a standing time of 30 to 40 minutes.
  13. Keep them covered and refrigerated for the best results.
