  2. Make ready 1/2 Cup Moong Daal

  4. Prepare 3-4 Cardamom
  5. Get 3-4 TBS Ghee

  1. Dry roast Moong Daal with 3-4 cardamom pods, until nice flavour comes and it turns semi brown
  2. After cooling grind to powder
  3. Add sathu mavu to the mix
  4. Grind 3/4 cup sugar into fine powder. Mix all the ingredients
  5. Heat 3 TBS ghee and add to mixture and make laddoos…

Tips: Brown sugar can be replaced with jaggery powder. Store it in air tight container for a week.
