  6. Then take your balls and add in egg and fry them in the oil untill slightly golden brown on each side
  7. Keep frying batch by batch untill you're done…note don't over crowd them if not you'll end up with a murshy yam balls
  8. Volla yam balls is done yum yum enjoy with tea or milk shake I enjoyed mine with my deeping sauce
