  8. Add fresh mint leaves, fresh coriander & green chilies.
  9. Now add boiled rice.
  10. Add fried onion over it, yellow food color (mixed in water), few drops of biryani essence.
  11. & 2 tbsp Oil, cover & keep it at medium flame for 2 minutes, then 10 minutes at low flame.
  12. After 10 minutes turn the flame off, mix it & serve.
