  5. Meanwhile make the icing by gently mixing the cheese with the sifted icing powder and lime zest until just combined. Keep in the fridge for an hour. Then take out and smooth out the icing over your cake. You could decorate with pistachio solvers and lime zest. Slice it up and enjoy!
