  7. Switch to the bread hook now. Turn on medium speed and let it knead for 4 minutes.
  8. Remove hook and let dough rest in the bowl, covered, for 20 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle a generous amount of flour on a clean surface.
  10. Let baby pick loaf pan (these are too big). Grease it. (The pan, not baby)
  11. Turn the dough out on the surface and form into a loaf.
  12. Place loaf in pan and brush on some olive oil. Sprinkle with a generous amount of Garlic Salt and Parsley.
  13. Cover loosely (a light towel or cling wrap will work) and let rise in a warm place for around 60 minutes, or until the dough has risen an inch or two above the pan.
  14. Preheat oven to 350F
  15. Uncover the loaf when ready and bake for 22-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  16. Remove from oven and let cool before slicing.
  17. Don't forget to turn the oven off :)
