  7. Get 1 tbsp ghee
  8. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  10. Get 1 tbsp roasted cumin seeds, coriander seeds and 2 dry red chilly make a paste
  11. Make ready to taste Salt

Add the garam masala and the cubed paneer. Stir and cook for a couple of minutes or until the paneer softens. Here is the recipe for making paneer and palak paneer. Remove the paneer from pan and Immediately add the Paneer in water.

Instructions to make Home Made Palak  Paneer:

  1. Wash palak twice ot thrice with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and a pinch of salt. Keep aside for 3 minutes. Boil palak with turmeric and salt for 3 minutes. Drain the water and keep aside. Cool it in room temperature.
  2. Blend in a mixer with green chilly, garlic cloves, ginger and few coriander leaves. and make smooth paste. Once it is done. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in kadai. Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds. Fry for few minutes. Add chopped onion fry till it become light brown in colour. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, red chilly powder, cumin powder. Then add palak puree. Mix…well.
  4. Add paneer cubes cook on a medium flame for 2 - 3 minutes. Add 1 tbsp ghee and cover it. The ghee flavour will be their in curry.
  5. Home made Palak Paneer is Ready to serve with nan………….phulkas and enjoy…
