Take 1/2 cup finely chopped Guava
Take 2 tbsp honey

For Fruits infuse, heat a pan, add chopped Guava, honey, chilli powder (a pinch) and rock salt, and cook for 1 min ("Fruits Infuse").
For Assembling it:- add the Ragi Mixture into a ring mould and once the Ragi Mixture cools down, it will take the shape of the mould, after which discard the ring. Then add the Hung Curd Mixture over it, then place the Rajma Patties and add the Fruits Infuse over the Rajma Patties. Decorate it with mint, cranberry and almonds. Ready to eat.
