A whole piece of beef is slow cooked then sliced and served over pasta. Add the remaining ingredients (except the pasta) and stir to combine. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.

  1. Dice the celery, carrot and garlic.
  2. Add the celery, carrot, garlic, beef, bay leaf and wine to the slow cooker and stir.
  3. Make up the stock. Add the stock and tomatoes.

  5. Stir in pasta and leave on high for 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in peas and leave for a further 10 minutes.
  7. Serve.
